2. Processed Foods
Relax, we’re not telling you can’t enjoy your weekly barbecue tradition, but it’s no secret that BBQ and other processed foods are up there on the top weight-gain inducing foods list. In fact, processed foods harbor significant amounts of sugar. Even a salad isn’t that healthy when dressing with a fructose-rich sauce. Note that sugar has a certain number of appellations, so it may be listed under any of them on products’ packages.
All in all, if you’re looking for a guaranteed weight loss, don’t hesitate to avoid processed foods. These are also rich in salt which we’ll discuss later in the article.
