3. Skipping breakfast is not good
Some people believe that eating breakfast will kick-start the body’s metabolism, which is not true. Some people also claim that skipping breakfast will put on much weight than people who take regular breakfast.
Well, that seems a bit contradictory because how can you gain when you haven’t eaten anything? Those people further claim that because you haven’t had your breakfast, you will overeat afterward. That makes sense but doesn’t have enough evidence to support the statement.
Interestingly, some studies have proved that skipping breakfast will reduce up to 400 calories a single day. Skipping breakfast might make you eat a little more at lunch but it doesn’t adversely affect your health.
