6. Let’s get regular
We all know that skipping a daily bowel movement can be quite painful. And one of the best ways to stay regular is to make sure you get enough fiber in your diet. Banana fruits hold a fair amount of fiber, but the peel itself is jam-packed.
It may be gross to eat it as is, but you can scrape out as much of the inside of the skin as possible and eat that. Or if you want, you can add it to a smoothie; you will never realize that the peel is in there.
